Meera Catering has been famed for its authentic, and specialised Indian cuisine. We specialise in all catering services from weddings, corporate events, private events, birthdays, and more. Having a history of over 20 years we ensure all our clients requirements are meet to their standards. All foods are made fresh on the premises and delivered to the desired location if required. By encapsulating our experience and knowledge, the Meera team sticks by their ethos and ensures the best possible catering service is provided.
We also provide additional services that are required by the client such as on site catering which is mostly common for family gatherings and birthday parties. Here we can provide onsite cooking for items like Bhajia, Dosa, Utappam, Idli and pizza. For weddings, parties and corporate events we can provide waiter service if required.

Rishi Sunak No 10 Downing Street July 2023
The Meera team had the privilege to cater at Number 10 downing street for a Uk- India reception evening following prime minster, Rishi Sunak’s visit to India discussing future trade deals. This was a high profile event including high net worth individuals and many celebrities with a favourite being Sonam Kapoor.

Rome June 2016
Our first overseas venture was in Rome, heart of the Vatican city. As we had never experienced an overseas event before this was a good learning curve for us. This event was for 9 days with 1500 people daily. Please see more information on or international page.

Athens July 2016
The Meera team set to Athens, Intercontinental Hotel in July 2016 for an event not to be missed. With the help of the intercontinental staff and our highly skilled team , meals were prepared throughout the day for breakfast lunch and dinner. Providing food for 2000 people daily was tough but enjoyable. For more information and pictures please refer to our international catering page.

Switzerland July 2017
Meera’s team of 35, travelled to Interlaken, a traditional town in the mountainous region of central Switzerland. The team catered for another religious event held in the Congress hall of Interlaken. Exceeding numbers of 1500 guests daily we sure had a challenge on our hands. The team put in a great effort, where we catered for breakfast through to lunch and dinner. Overall the clients were amazed with the services provided.

London Wembley arena August 2017
Being in the business for nearly 25 years the Meera team faced an extraordinary task. Having had the privilege to cater at Wembley Arena back in 1980, we once again had another opportunity. Unlike any other event done by Meera Caterers this was a huge event. With numbers soaring over 10,000 daily we put our blood, sweat and tears into providing a full lunch menu with dessert for 68,000 people over the course of 10 days. With months of planning and organisation we received mind blowing comments from the public and clients. We are very proud of the 70 people we had in our team and a great achievement for the brand.

Greece Cape Sounio Hotel September 2021
The Meera team set off to Athens, Cape Sounio Boutique 5 Star hotels over a 7 day period for a mesmerising destination wedding. With short notice of the event going ahead due to Covid restrictions in place, we catered for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the one week event. This ranged from Gujarati Thali, Indo –Chinese, live Jikko Pizza, South Indian and Italian meals infused with Greek traditions.

Spain Malaga July 2021
The Meera team set off for a two day event for a private wedding held in the residence of Malaga City. Unlike other longer events we have done, this was a lunch and dinner event for 2 days. We set up our kitchen under a marquee structure, although limited services were available at the venue, we worked around this to deliver a mixed Gujarati and Punjabi style menu. Food items such as Pani Puri Shots, Paneer Tikka wraps, Punjabi Panner Tikka masala were popular items.

Turkey (Izmir) May 2023
The Meera team continue their international events catering to Turkey, Izmir. This was a 7 day event located on a private island in turkey for a lovely Indian and Turkish couple. We catered for numerous events leading up to the main wedding and reception night which was simply mind-blowing. Moreover, we organised trucks from London to take all our equipment, dry goods and masala ready for a fusion wedding along with designing a mobile kitchen on site.

Cambridge University – Ram Katha August 2023
The Meera team set of to a historic location within the ground of Cambridge University (Jesus College) to cater for a 12 days katha event, recited by the famous Morari Bapu. This was an event which holds much importance, gratitude and perseverance. Since the beginnings of Cambridge university till this date, there has never been an Indian caterer to step foot within the grounds of Cambridge. It was a huge achievement for us and the host to allow this for the first time and have full trust in our work.
